Round-1 review 2/10
match: low
Strengths: Uses the correct black-and-white color palette of a Holstein dairy cow; Has some dark patches resembling cow spots on the body; Includes small horn-like protrusions on the head; Attempted multiple body parts (head, body, legs, horns)
Issues: Overall silhouette is an elongated blimp/zeppelin shape, not a cow's boxy, barrel-chested body; Legs are detached and floating away from the body in multiple views; Face is not recognizable as a cow - lacks eyes, ears, muzzle, nostrils in proper position; No visible udder, which is a defining feature of a dairy cow; Body proportions are wrong - cows have a longer torso relative to height, with distinct shoulders and hips; Polygon resolution is very low, giving a heavily faceted appearance rather than realistic; The 'spots' are scattered ovals rather than connected Holstein-style patches; Tail is missing or barely visible; Ears are absent on the head; Head is too small and poorly connected to the body
Refinement advice: The model currently looks like a blimp or zeppelin, not a cow. Redesign with a proper cow silhouette: a boxy, barrel-shaped torso with a flat-ish back, a distinct large rectangular head with a long muzzle, two prominent floppy ears on the sides of the head, two short curved horns, and four sturdy cylindrical legs directly attached beneath the body (not floating). Add a dangling udder beneath the rear belly, a tail with a tuft hanging from the back, and recognizable facial features (two eye spheres, two nostril cylinders, mouth line). Use Holstein-style irregular connected black patches on a white body. Increase the $fn resolution to at least 32 for smoother surfaces and avoid the faceted look. Orient the model standing on the ground with legs touching the base.
